This has been a wonderful product and really helped our kids with their water intake.

My bottle would not charge when I received it. It was frustrating trying to find out how to notify Hidrate. But once they identified the problem and sent me a replacement charger at no cost it worked perfectly… just as advertised.

It’s a good reminder to drink water. It has helped me to stay better hydrated. I’m pleased with the bottle at this time. I also like the feature in the app where I can add water and other liquids not drank from the bottle.

Love it. Keeps me on track on my water consumption.
