HIDEit Mounts

Ordered mount on 10th June, received an order confirmation and was told I would receive an email stating when it was dispatched but never did. Have yet to receive package even after 11 days with no other contact. Could you please advise?

Shipping label created on June 9 and nothing further happened.

I order Xbox One S mount with schedule delivery on June 23rd and still haven't received the item!! They say contact them 2 days after so I contacted HIDEit mount through chat on June 25th and they said just wait longer. It's already June 29th and nothing. Poor customer service and very disappointing.

I never received my HDMI cables in the box of hide it mounts. Are used shipping it separately? Giuseppe Mignano
