Great device. Easy to use, but the manual doesn’t not answer a lot of questions. The vapor isn’t too thick but it tastes great.

I ordered 4 items but one of them(Dr.Budder budder cutter) was not working. I ask to exchange it and there was no problem to do so they even reimbursement me the amount for the return package very quickly. But now I'm still waiting for the new one and/or for the tracking information to know if they send it. I'll put a five ⭐ when I'll receive it and know if it's working.

For some reason this company has a hard time sending the right product. It's too bad because as they generally have reasonable prices.

Herbalize is shady, untrustworthy and has terrible customer service. I feel completely robbed by this company and I will never order from them again.

Took 2 weeks to get my package due to a delay in the warehouse, and in top of that they sent me the wrong tracking number. The package was in my city for almost a week without me knowing because they gave me a canada post tracking number and shipped with Purolator. So unprofessional. They did give me 10% refund, but this was such a bad experience.
