I am happy to receive a great product, but the picture posted on the shopping mall is different from the actual product I received. We request that you check whether the perforated shape of the headband leather is correct.

Good quality audio just not as loud

The product itself is flawless. Where I had some issues was around order fulfillment timelines. Despite having initial great communication from the team, it required me to follow up on my order after the stated fulfillment time from the website slipped from 2-3 days to 9+ days. I would have liked more up front communication about long lead times. Otherwise when the order was finally shipped it arrived quickly and it was packaged very thoughtfully.

Sale and delivery was fine, one inquiry to customer service (recommendation for volume controller) remains unanswered.

Staff response was a bit disappointing. There were times when questions were not answered.
