My package came the morning after it was supposed to.

Received un matched pair of ear tips, sent an email but received no response. Had to contact Meze to rectify the issue.

Justin was helpful upon my first few calls, but I noticed that I was unable to contact after the purchase to receive advice or updates on the order. I understand being busy, but calls and emails were not being returned until I contacted enough. This was causing concern due to perceived lack of transparency. If I didn't experience that, this would have been a 5/5 transaction.

Free international shipping is great. Order processing is bit slow.
