Hatch Prod - Shopify

This is our 3rd hatch product and we are already looking at purchasing our next! Hatch is incredible. Customer service is top notch and the products are worth it. The restore 2 looks incredible. It has a wonderful design and the speaker is great. I love the sunrise and the upgraded sounds. We can’t wait to order our rest go to add to our hatch family!!

My experience with Hatch over the last year has restored my faith in red carpet customer service :-) If anyone is on the fence about purchasing a Hatch product due to the cost and the continued monthly subscription cost of $5, please let me tell you that even during times when money is tight, I have never once considered cancelling my subscription. I’d cancel Netflix before Hatch if it came to it. The value for what you’re getting far exceeds the monetary cost. If you struggle with insomnia, I would especially suggest trying this product out. One of my favorite things about this service is that the app has countless different options for sleep and rise aid. Once you pick which options suit you, you plug your phone in to charge and do not have that instant urge to pick your phone back up and doom scroll (something that’s been causing me some noticiable long term affects). It just makes me feel more attentive to my immediate needs; the highest priority one being my sleep.

So so so glad I bought this product. I originally bought the restore 1 and the company replaced it due to a faulty part with that batch with the 2. This product is so wonderful in every way. So impressed with the quality of the restore 2 and the customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend this product.

We love our Rest Mini! Customer service is top notch. We had our original rest mini for a few weeks and my son knocked it off of the bedside table, causing the sounds to not work. I contacted Hatch and they sent us a replacement for free!

Works like a charm. Excellent customer service, standing behind your product means a lot.
