I love Hatch
I don't usually write reviews, but I am taking the time to do so because of the excellent customer service I have received from Hatch. I had the last version of the Hatch and after getting a new wifi system at our house I was having a terrible time trying to get it synced with the new network, so I ultimately gave up on it and hadn't used my Hatch in months. I was frustrated but didn't reach out for support. Instead, a week or so later, I got a proactive message from the team at Hatch that they saw recent records of me having connectivity issues and wanted to send me a new Hatch 2 for free!? I kind of thought it wasn't real but to my surprise, a new Hatch 2 showed up.
I have never gotten service like this and it really just made me want to use my Hatch more and support the Hatch company. Plus, I really love my Hatch 2. It was a breeze to set up and looks very sleek. I keep it across the room so I have to actually get up to turn my alarm off and it really helps me wake up and not snooze my alarm so many times like I used to do with my phone. Thank you to the Hatch team for being so generous with my new Hatch 2!!!
