We initially had major issues (it would randomly turn off) but customer service was outstanding and we finally love our hatch!

We received a complimentary Hatch 2 in response to our Hatch 1 having some technical issues with randomly turning off in the middle of the night, volume problems (all the way up to 100 or none at all), and constant need for resetting. So, for starters, OUTSTANDING customer service to say the least! Not to mention, we have had none of the aforementioned issues with the Hatch 2, which has been such a relief. The overall buttons and aesthetic are cleaner and easier to use, especially the touch capacity for volume. Plus, the fabric overlay on the light still offers the same effect but without the harsh intensity of it being the only light in a dark room. Bottom line - we love our Hatch 2 and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top tier sound machine that does so much more, and has made such a positive impact on our sleeping/waking routines!

I was sent a new 2nd generation Hatch and they thought of everything that the first one was missing. I love the night light feature button on the back, not underneath. I love the time shown on the front, no longer need to reach for my phone when my baby is asleep in my arms just to see the time. I love the look of the Hatch, the various options and combinations you can put together, the app connection, and their customer service! Would highly recommend this product to my family and friends!
