First unit malfunctioned and they sent me a replacement right away. These things are easy to use and super helpful when it’s time to put the little guy down.

Super easy set up! Loves the linen look, and appreciate the much larger buttons on the top for starting sounds. I love this!

I had been having a few issues with my Hatch, but nothing too inconvenient. I got an email stating that Hatch had noticed something was off and offered to replace my unit without me reaching out first! They have been very responsive and timely with all my questions. Of course the Hatch itself is awesome! We won't use another sound machine.

First off….. great customer service!! I appreciated the replacement of my Restore clock after the display was not working…. I just took it out of the box 3 days ago as I was out of state. I was grateful to having a fully functioning clock ⏰ again! I took the opportunity to change my wake up to wind chimes ( had flutes previously ) and find it very peaceful … planning on playing with the different light choices soon. I love my clock and have purchased several as gifts for family members-all who have had positive experiences with this item 😀
