Please tell me how to return hardware that does not work.

your team didn't know it would be best to set this device up with a tablet. the product is awful and I want to return it asap.

Better support your product. Quality control with the unit and the power cord is needed.

Not great. Shopify needs to provide better support than having someone simply send me videos. You need to have an expert that stays with you until items are connected and working. I feel like I have been sold a bunch of items and left unsupported.
