Equipment didn’t work

They shipped on time to us which was fantastic, but we needed the chip readers for a trunk show and they didn't work, leaving us to enter in everyones information manually which was very time consuming with the amount of customers we had.

This equipment doesn't work

Please tell me how to return hardware that does not work.
