I am very disappointed in Shopify because they let me and my business down. If it weren't for good ole cash, I would've had zero sales on the day of the festival.

Nice ID design, but app and actual use is not good.

It doesnt stay connected

Besides the fact the entire system loses connection constantly, how can shopify expect to fix a total failure of the system via chat support. Have some real people to help on the phone. Your competition does
