The first one I ordered was defective and wouldn't connect to my phone. After talking to the help team I received two replacements. The first one works great, no connection problems, processed cards very quickly! I haven't tried the other replacement sent yet.

Customer service is great. Would be nice to have a voice then chat only fast to get to the point without all the back and forth
