Very helpful staff and communication. One issue I would say is that a lot of the instruments require additional solutions and items (cleaning solution, buffers, calibration solutions, etc.) and they either did not come with it or came with very little. I also do not remember them being suggested at checkout in a way that was obvious. It would be nice if when i bought the probe to begin with it was clear that i would need X,Y, and Z accessories. I used to have my tank nitrate UL under 1.5, however, it shows 78 after following Hanna instructions. Really confused
