I find the website is really all I need. However, one time I had to call to ask about everything I would need for my pH meter. Customer service was very helpful and had a lot of solid advice. Very friendly.

This meter worked well for me. I had 8 locations where I needed the pH value of the soil. I collected samples from each location, mixed the soils 1:1 by weight with distilled water, and let them sit for 15 minutes. The meter was easily calibrated using the supplied solutions and it was then quick work to take the 8 measurements. Relatively inexpensive, especially for multiple samples.

Had an issue recalibrating, sent an email and got an almost instantaneous response. Turned out i didn’t properly follow the instructions.
