Good quality products, but the site isn't the easiest to use. I also had no idea when my order would be filled or shipped, and then I had trouble figuring out how to track it. Especially around the holidays, this was troublesome not knowing if it would arrive when our offices were closed. The packaging is pretty standard, though I wish my smart probes and caps had a bit more protection for the price.

Multiple orders have been back stocked. Have had difficulty with bill pay as well as the product availability and quality.

Didn't have an indicator that my item was out of stock when I ordered... sucks

Happy with the product but the couple of items my colleagues and I have purchased were back ordered. This would be fine if that had been communicated up front but we weren't made aware until after we placed our orders and in one case not until significantly after the estimated shipping date. I understand shipping delays but clear and honest communication would have really been helpful and appreciated.
