The staff at Hanna Instruments has always been very helpful continue the good work.

Except for a slight delay in availability, everything was excellent. Questions were answered quickly and estimate of availability was perfect.

The folks in tech and sales are great, and our titrator has been an essential part of our program for several years now. Early on, there was a period when there were no available on-site tech support options, but we've had a good experience over the phone and sending our machine back to headquarters. Go Hanna!

I enjoy the quality of Hanna Instruments. The only issue I have with my new pH meter is that the probe cap is very difficult to get on and off.
