Good and speedy service!!

Only started using. Seems accurate except case needs improvement. Liquids don't seal well and when stored sideways they leak. So store them upright. Also seems accurate but may have gotten some bad reagents. Calcium always reads the same 600, but other tests salifert put it from 350 to 400..

The site was very easy to navigate, I found the items I was looking for easily, the package arrived on time and in good condition however the ph meter I'm using still doesn't want to calibrate for me. I've never talked to anyone for help or service so that's my next try.
