Excellet!

I always received helpful and needed advice from HANNA when I have a question. Their technicians are courteous.

Love the pH meter so far except the cover broke within two weeks, which was unfortunate. Still waiting to hear back about replacements.

Overall the equipment is good.

Product shipped quickly and will allow my organization to properly clean our pH meters.
