Ordering directly through Hanna is straight-forward and clear. Shipping, however, hasn't been the best as two of our shipments have been delayed due to unclear reasons. Other than these shipping issues and other than the Nitrate Low Range Checker being less than reliable, everything else we have ordered from Hanna I think functions as it should and as advertised. The selection Hanna offers is clear. The real question is the accuracy and precision. Is each checker's accuracy and precision just as stated on the cards that come with each checker or not? Asking b/c some of the checkers when I run repeats appear to be just outside that bands of some of these defined accuracy ranges.
