Go Mobility responded competently and efficiently to the questions that I had, and the scooter arrived in a timely manner..I live in an high-rise apartment in a large metro area, and I am slowly conquering the challenges of driving the scooter in/out of the apartment and the elevator as well as making minor changes in furniture layout so that the scooter may be left and charged near the apartment's doorway. Practice is leading to competence, if not to perfection (at this time!).

I am very a detailed person. I have done my do diligence on scooters. The luggie elite plus 4 is by far the best. It has suspension, light weight, its stable, easy loading and unloading, super compact. Takes the bumps in the roads well. The the best part was the customer service I received from Eric. This is my second scooter. One for New York and One for Florida. It is airline approved, however, sometimes the airlines are too rough with my belongings. Worth every penny. 18 inches wide, 39 inches long and 58 lbs...just amazing.. the way you load and unload it, it's only lifting 25 lbs. It is one piece. There is no breaking it down and putting it together. I'm telling you, it's amazing.

We bought a scooter from GoMobility and it came on time a in brand new condition. But, I am not able—nor is my wife—able to lift it to our Jeep Grand Cherokee. We had to return it and GoMobility did exactly what they promised. We were well pleased with them.

Although an updated picture of the scooter and the one received had to be returned, I was able to get the one I wanted and return the original one received without difficulty . Your representatives were helpful and professional.

I bought the scooter for my sister in law as she is having a hard time getting around these days for any distance. She has had a scooter for a while now but it was getting to heavy for her to manage on her own. The ATTO is perfect now that she can break it down into two lighter pieces.
