The Transformer is great ! But; I don't know how to handle repairs; spare parts; etc. I bought home repair; but don't know how it works; how fast; who to call, etc. Just need some basic info. I know they will answer if I call; but would be nice to have the info is a simple written form.

We have only had the scooter for about a month but so far it is the best. The ease of use to fold, unfold and pack up is great. It goes up hills better than expected and so far is exceeding our expectations. If it holds up over time we will be more than extremely satisfied.

First time I used it in the house didn't read about the speed control and it was set to rabbit. I was so happy to read about the speed control. I start out as turtle then work my way up to rabbit. I used it the other day to get my mail and I was able to pull the trash barrel along with me. Just doing that makes it worth having. I got the purple and I love it. It is metallic with sparkles in it. Good price and quick shipping. Easy to put together very happy with my scooter

Today is my first try out date over at the VA in Asheville, NC. It was very easy to put together, made even easier by all the You Tube short videos on various aspects on the company's web site. It feels very well made.

I received the scooter and it is working great. The box arrived very torn up, with the styro borken up. I also did not receive the pink set that I ordered to change out the color.
