FANTASTIC SERVICE!
I was having charging issues when I first called GMI. I got their voicemail. I did not leave a message and started looking for another company. Within 5 minutes GMI called me! That alone was incredible. I spoke with Quinn who immediately took a keen interest in the problem I was having. At first Quinn wasn't sure of the correct answer to my issue. He asked if he could go check on some things concerning my problem and he would call me back with the answer in about 15 minutes. AND, Quinn did call me with the answer and solution to the issue! After receiving all the info I needed to correct my issue, I told Quinn that I was interested in upgrading a Lithium charger that I had. I told him which particular charger I was interested in and he confirmed that GMI had that charger in stock. Quinn then asked me about my boating habits when it came to fishing, especially my battery charging habits. After discussing it for a bit, Quinn suggested another charger that would do everything i needed and at a lower cost! How often does that happen? Quinn took care of ordering the charger for me and within a few short days the charger arrived and now is mounted in my boat. Quinn is very knowledgeable as well as super friendly. He treated me like he has known me for a long time. All I can say is GMI will always have my battery and charging business. Thank you, GMI and a very special Thank You to Quinn! Incredible service. This type of service is almost non-existent today.
