I ordered two units. Received none. I complained. They blew me off. Twice. Terrible customer service. I should have known better. If i had used Amazon they would have stood by their name and service and send out a replacement order but not this shoddy company.

I can’t get anyone to explain what going to happen. I followed the tracker and it showed getting to town but just kept going right back to where it started. I feel I’ve been ripped off. Do I get a refund or not. Or just send another one to Robert Hebel 40 Parkplace Dr Manning SC 29102 Very disappointed

I ordered the Ryoka Wifi device, and it was a waste of money! The data only lasted 1 day! You expected me to buy more after that when I had already paid $128! The data should be unlimited at that price or at least last a couple of months, not just 1 day! Very unsatisfied with the product which was a total rip off!

I canceled once I saw that their ad was deceptive. Followed their process for cancellation, yet they charged me the fraudulent amount. I’ve never received a return, even after returning the product unopened. Charges have been disputed with my bank and investigation in progress. THIS IS A SCAM!

The sim card included with the unit was either defective or the unit is defective. I received a second sim card in the mail. I inserted it. The unit is STILL asking for sim. I am done!! I was a refund!!
