I am unable to hook up to the internet. I am also unable to get into the website that supposed to help get into the Internet what do unit.

I cannot get internet service. Not sure what I’m doing wrong? I’m in Canada. Took the device on a trip into the USA. When clicking on Ryoko WIFI, message comes up: “No Internet connection”.

Horrendous company!!! I canceled 10 minutes after order and yet sent it to me!! I was charged for data I did not want!! The company refuses to send me a pickup/ return label. Btw the product doesn't work!!!

Your product was defective but l will keep it.Not gonna buy anything else from you
