Staff at Ryoko tried hard to help me but the machine never worked as promised despite my trying to charge it many times. It would go on and then immediately shut down. Complete waste of time and money.

The product was useless and misleading and the service even worse

Rubbish . Can not get internet on it . Register to I phone and it just says no internet. Despite full signal

I ordered the product and realized you need to hook up to an Internet monthly to use it called an hour later and asked to have a canceled was told they would cancel it then they send the product anyway and to return the product out of country returned Would’ve cost me $89 and said I get a 5% discount from the company to keep the product a rip off don’t know if the product is any good but I do know that the return policy the customer service stinks

I carnt get it to work, i will charge the battery fully charged then i will try and hook it up again
