I have tried several times to “log in”, used the admin and password listed, still am Not able to connect. I have Teo paper weights. (Sarcasm), sure glad i paid good money for them.

I purchased the muama while in Florida. I got back home to Illinois and tried set up. I cannot get the sim card to stay in place

was not given the info to access my monthly subscription account....they only provided the useage info I wanted to change my payment method information and maybe upgrade to a higher plan but could not make the chat person understand what I needed Finally gave up and may cancel my account all together

My order is already confirmed keep waiting and until now hasn't arrive yet, what's going on !

" SHIPPING" was turned over to US Mail - I DO NOT RECEIVE MAIL ! I HAD TO DRIVE 20 miles to retrieve this package so I didnt lose my entire $ purchase price - Being disabled , They just ignored Me rather than assist Me ,! BEWARE ! Doug - Wisconsin , USA
