The instructions did not seem adequate. I have not been able to connect the device to my Wi-Fi. I am very frustrated.

Still can’t get it up and working.

Problem... Not much success when in an area that I need Wi-Fi. It's simply does not provide me with the Wi-Fi that is promised. It worked for just a short time when I was in a house, but no place else.

I'm having all kinds of trouble and have called three times attempting to work this out.i have had o luck and will be returning the item shortly for one thing it will not go above 3g which means it's impossible to connect, thanks anyway
