I haven't recieved my purchase yet.

First of all, there wasn’t any problem with it getting here on time. I wanted to try it out in the campground. I never found a hot spot with it. You cannot get WiFi anywhere with this device. They shouldn’t be allowed to advertise that you can have WiFi anywhere with it. When I wanted to return it, they offered me 15% back, plus a restocking fee. I will NEVER trust them again.

I STILL CANNOT GET AN INTERNET CONNECTION AFTER FOLLOWING ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS. ON TOP OF THIS I WANT TO CANCEL THE 3GB MONTHLY CHARGE UNTIL THE SYSTEM WORKS AND I HAVE CONFIDENCE TO USE IT. I DO NOT WANT ANOTHER MONTHLY CHARGE NEXT WEE AS SO FAR I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO USE IT.

Why should I write when you don't listen to anyone but yourselves. You say anything to get business. The best lie always wins.

I am terribly mad. My last order amounted to something like 85 -90$ and I was billed for $273 or something like it for one(1) item . Can you refund me ? To this day I have not received my order. I would like for you to take my name fro your list. Thanks
