I ordered something that hasn't arrived after one month !!

Cannot get reply regarding my request to return product. Cannot get internet

It doesn’t work all the time. I needed it for my tv because T mobile goes down often and this hotspot did not work. When it does work, I can complete my assignments for school on my laptop. I am on the fence if I am going to keep it.
