Not happy with the product

very poor and slow internet. regret that bought such expensive and not useful tool.

When the Muama arrived at home there was no service. Your advert said any where in Australia Just not at my place.

I'm not sure how to use it and if is what I was expecting because i cant set it up to try it out. The manual that came with it is printed so Damm small I can't read it .I tried a magnifying glass but wasn't able to stay focused on the direction and applying them to the muama because i was jumping back and forth to much I gave up out of frustration. I called customer service and asked to get a digital copy sent to my email that i could download and blow up and try again and was told Twice my request was transferred to the technical department and I would be contacted b them or receive a digital copy of the instructions. I NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONCED FROM ANYONE BY EMAIL FROM ANYONE REGUARDING THIS ISSUE !!! So now it looks like I invested in a worthless P.O.S. If this review really gets reviewed please acknowledged my SIMPLE REQUEST and send me directions I can read and use to set the device up . awwisme2u@yahoo.com

I have a wifi but nothing happens not messages going out or not receiving messages and problems trying to log in to websites
