The continual and daily emails are getting redundant and a nuisance. The main big issue i have is that I now have five devices that I cannot figure out how to insert with NO helpful directions on how to do this.

It's not bad for the price, but not great.

I am in Italy .I did everything described .connection with my phone is OK , but on Muama it says no service or limited service .I cannot use it .therefore I had to purchase local sim card for 40 EU .I want to return your item ,no use for me !

Don't know how to use this device. Traveling abroad now but don't understand how to use this.

It doesn't pick up a signal very well. It shuts off when the signal is weak. My phone works better using it as a hotspot. I want to send this thing back.
