Battery charger was not included in the price. So it maybe possible to use the wrong charger that most people have laying around from other past devices. The 500 MB included is barely enough to set up anything other than the device itself .

Not had the chance to use the product yet but it looks good.

It works ok ,what i dont like is i didnt turn it on till the 18th of April . I paid $22 for the extra 5 gigs have’nt used it but twice , and ive gotten charged $22.00 Again on the 22nd of April ! So do i get reimbursed for the data i havent used? Or is the unused data banked? Im kinda pissed off about this ! Im a senior Citizen living on a fixed income .

Only one to two bars, better than verizon jetpack but not strong enough signal for WiFi
