I am not tech savvy

I am not tech savvy enough to understand the product instructions for setting up Royko wifi. I'm sure it's a great product but I realize I don't need it. I have internet with another company and I am happy with it. Please how may i send it back and receive a refund. Thank you. Ps...the delivery was pretty good..didn't have to wait long to get it. But I need to send it back...thank you

I will write to you again as I have as yet been unable to establish a home network that works between the Office computers and the laptops that I use when at home. This was my main reason for purchasing the independent wi-fi equipment. also it seems to have stopped access to some some of my previous wi-fi connections. I am going to see if I can get some help from an experienced technician, but he is unavailable at present. Bernard H S Smith.
