Still haven't figured out how to use.

I called because of problems with my device connecting with the internet. I was given helpful assistance. When the device would not respond to the reset, the team member ordered a replacement.

Staff members have been courteous and good on providing updates on tracking the whereabouts on my wifi unit. Am still hopeful it will be delivered on Mar 28 due date in spite of supply chain delays. Just 2 days to go!
