Advertising said works every where but the equipment has to be in a urban area and I wanted rural so it doesn’t serve my needs and trying to return the equipment customer service is delaying and then unresponsive

Very inefficient customer service. Have called 5 times for the same problem and nothing got resolved… filing a dispute with PayPal as we speak! Save yourself the aggravation of dealing with this company!

Useless to me!

I tried to cancel my order within a couple of hours of placing it but they said I couldn't because it was already processed and being sent. That was a couple of weeks ago. Yesterday I got an email saying my order was on it's way. Total scam. I would have given it no stars if that was an option

I am trying to return the 2 ryokos and can't get a response for a merchandise return authorization, all I get is advertising or standard response and no information that I've asked for. I think this company is a sham. This has gone on for over a week. You are stalling so that the 30 days return policy will expire and I won't be able to receive a refund. You are not a reputable company. A different person sends an email every day but no one responds to my questions.
