So far neither of the units have worked at all!

The device does not work as advertised....In my case, not at all.

I broke the simple card . Could you send me another so I can use it. No photos as I discarded the broken Sim card. I would be so grateful if you sent me another. Thank you much Monez Bassard 562 225 7581

This devise doesn’t work at all anywhere as it’s stated. Except where it’s easy access to wi-fi service

After installing the Ryoko, my laptop detected the network with a correct SSID, but when I tried to connect it to my laptop using the key, it said the network cannot be connected. Please ask the technical support people to tell me how to fix it as soon as possible.
