Ordered the portable router. Followed instructions and message popped up that is was insecure and someone was trying to obtain my personal info, passwords, etc. Unplugged immediately. They are making ME pay the return shipping ($41!) even though THEIR item is defective AND a 15% restocking fee. Restocking a defective item? This is unprofessional and a scam. Asked for credit for shipping -flat out NO. Horrible customer service. Very disappointed
