i didn't get my package

It’s terrible. The Wi-Fi is slow and unstable. It got disconnected from time to time. It doesn’t have a pay-as-you-go data plan available with this router. I found out the data from my computer traveled to a foreign country that could lead to a data security issue. It’s difficult to return it. Very disappointed.

Didn’t get the item to work so I threw it in the traah

Only purchase from these folks if you want to be bombarded by four and five marketing messages a day that you opted out of. They don't listen to messages to stop. The product - it's been close to a month and it hasn't arrived and their tracking app really only tells you the device has been shipped.
