I had my 1st ever delivery from the Bethesda US store, and I have to admit... they did an AMAZING job!! 😄👌 I was rather nervous at first as I'd heard horror stories of the postal services from the US to the UK ruining collectables before, so I decided to send a courtesy email to the Bethesda store prior to them shipping out my items. In the email I expressed my concerns and requested it be well packaged and possibly include fragile stickers for transit... and in no time at all I had a lovely friendly response back, reassuring me that they'd see to it for me. A week or so later my parcel arrived (I could also track it's journey the entire way and pay the duty before it arrived at my door)... and I was SO impressed with how well it had traveled! Hardly even a dent on the outer box! They'd put fragile stickers all over it and lots of extra padding around my items to ensure they all arrived in top notch condition. Safe to say I was (and still am!) one very happy customer! I'll definitely be ordering again in the not so distant future 🤩👍 Thank you Bethesda!!
