I had nothing but problems
I had nothing but problems with the Gabb watch 3. I bought 2 watches in mid-November, one for each of my children. One watch works most of the time with one main issue of randomly shutting off and turning back on. The second watch would shut off every time I turned it on after about 90 seconds. After hours speaking with customer service and trying every fix possible, they sent me a new watch which we received in mid-December. The new watch would turn on, but anytime we tried to make a call, you could not hear the person's voice who was using the watch, only static. I tried contacting customer service via email, phone, and online chat, but each time i got a message saying they were closing the case due to an overwhelming number of people who needed help and not enough people to help them. After many attempts to reach their customer service and weeks later, I finally was able to talk with someone. We tried everything again to fix the 2nd watch to no avail, so they sent a 3rd watch. We just received the 3rd watch 2.5 months after ordering the original one, and it finally works. Suffice it to say, I would never order from this company again. The concept is great, but the products that don't work and terrible customer service aren't worth it when there are other companies that provide the same type of devices and features. Spend your money somewhere else and save yourself the hassle.
