Frozen CPU has fast shipping (to California). It was definitely a fun surprise to find 2 fun sized bags of Skittles so I could have an extra great time putting together my loop. I specifically went to them for AquaComputer parts that I didn't want to pay international shipping for but will be coming back for my future builds. My only complaint about their shop is that they currently don't stock replacement parts for AquaComputer components.
