Great Service, great customer service

I was a new customer to the site and was a bit nervous how the process would be. I searched prices for my items and found Focus Camera. It was so low compared to competitors. I was worried about the quality and service because the price was so low. I decided to give it a chance. I was completely satisfied with my order. I purchased a Canon camcorder. I had to to call customer service to follow up on my shipment. They were great and decided to expedite my shipment for no additional cost. I will shop here again and again. Thanks!

Nice camera bag

The talking scale that I ordered didn't work when it came in. I called customer service and they seemed to be fine with exchanging the item because "it is still in stock and available" . It was a bit odd that I told the gentleman that it wasn't working properly.; it did weigh acurrately but the talking feature didn't work. He responded with "it really talks? Well okay". I thought that was funny. He said I would receive a mailing label for return and upon arrival they would send out a replacement. The mailing label was sent to me very quickly. I prepared the package per the instructions and am waiting for the replacement to arrive. I hope this one arrives in working order. Thank you!
