Focus Camera - Magento

My order was placed thru Walmart.com. Focuscamera tried to improve service by shipping UPS to my city then turning it over USPS. They addressed it to my name but Walmart store address. Focus says they're trying to find it but it's been nearly a month. tc ohio

Although you apparently shipped the order promptly, I never received it. I requested a refund from Walmart.com.
