Focus Camera - Magento

With so many on line sources, I look for a place that puts service first. Focus is that place. I recently ordered a Red/Green Dot scope, but when it arrived, was only a Red Dot, which I cannot use, due to an astigma. I had misread the on line ad, not realizing there were two different models. No problem at Focus as they issued an RMA and are refunding me.

I called and left a message and the CSR called me right back with the correct info. Great Service.

Nicole D. was very helpful in assisting me with getting a replacement for an item that was lost in the mail. She guided me through the process with prompt email returns and sent out the new item quickly. Thank you!
