Focus Camera - Magento

Really happy with the entire package and the Sigma lens takes some nice pictures. A little problem with a lens bag not being in the package but focus got back to me right away with a solution.

my initial inquiry went unanswered for 2 days. i had an answer within 2 or 3 hours after i sent a follow up. answered everything i needed !

Received lens for christmas. It arrived with a little damage. I contacted the company. Within a few days I received a replacement in the mail. Great service. Very pleased.

I ordered a TTL external flash cord for my X10 but the cord was defective. I emailed Focus customer service and immediately they had a new one on the way. It works perfectly. I definitely will deal with Focus again. Thanks so much.

Ordered my camera 3 days before my trip and got it on time.
