Focus Camera - Magento

Never received, asked to cancel 10 minutes after order, wouldn't comply. Sent a message explaining my situation and of course no reply. Terrible service and will never buy from this company again.

Customer service is working on correcting the problem and replacing my order.

Sent my camera for focus to buy and never anything from the company. I called and the said they would me back, they did not! I sent a message on their support site, no response! It has been about a month.

Had a problem with customer service on a item that I bought,when I tried to return it for exchange I had to deal with employees that really didn't seem to care much or that was really helpful. Still am trying to get my item to this day.but I will never deal with this company no matter how cheap the item may be.......

I need to return an item which was ordered by mistake I have contacted focus camera for 3 -4 times and nobody has returned my email
