Purchased for my granddaughter for college, don't know any results yet. Arrived quickly and without issue.

After receiving the Knox 48 cooler the AC side of the cooler stopped working a couple hours after plugging it in. I had received the email from the company thanking me for the purchase and asking that I submit a review and provided a phone number if there were any issues. I called the number and spoke to Darnell who apologized and assisted me by sending a paid return label and I returned the cooler and received a refund within a couple days. The cooler had issues but the Customer Service was great to deal with no problems whatsoever. Thanks Darnell

I had some problems on the confirmation of the order related with the shipping address. The problem have been fixed with a few emails exchange with Focuscamera. Two days later, i received my order. Nice job from the staff. Michel D.
