Your Rep Felecity emailed me personally regarding my eBay feedback and offered some credit for revision. After revision, she changed her mind and did not make her words. Her responses were very disrespectful and unprofessional. I already reported her inappropriate contact and offer to eBay. good luck..

It's hard to leave a review when the matter has not been resolved. I'm disappointed that I was sent the wrong item when it was clearly labeled on the box that it was a different color than the one I ordered. I had to reach out to NewEgg repeatedly before I was sent a prepaid return label. I asked if I had to order a new one and was told that you would *check* to see if you have the correct item in stock....haven't heard anything back on that. I was told if you didn't you would issue me a refund but let me know either way. I would go ahead and order it from another company who does have it in stock but you still have my money. A little clarification and communication would be much appreciated.

I got this email for a survey but you couldn't get me my rma information and then you make me pay for me to ship my glasses back. Not happy
