These devices work very well. I have had zero problems with them.

The Manufacture of my switch doesn't offer (hasn't approved) a 10 gig T (rj45 10-gig) adaptor for my switch-- So they "suggested" a second 10 gig t switch and an uplink (talk about cost and management headaches) This was a simple and quick solution to adding a 10 gig iSCSI device to my network.

I have been using FluxLight for about 10 years. I have always been impressed with their customer service and their pricing. I highly recommend them.
