I recently reached out to the Fluxlight team regarding a failed transceiver. In the 13 years I've been doing this, I've encountered dozens of failed transceivers, primarily Cisco branded. However, in all that time, I've only had 3 Fluxlight transceivers fail. Although I was only communicating kudos to the quality of their product, Fluxlight went ahead and processed an RMA for me. I had a replacement transceiver the next day.
Once again, my confidence in Fluxlight is reinforced. You can't go wrong, folks.
